Hobbs chooses Biglight as customer experience optimisation partner
We’re delighted to announce that we have recently been appointed by contemporary British women’s clothing, accessories and footwear brand Hobbs, to provide it with support using our unique Customer Experience Optimisation (CXO) process, as it seeks to deliver international revenue growth.
Immediately following the appointment, we completed an Opportunities Audit, using a combination of moderated usability testing, expert reviews and data analysis to identify opportunities to improve the user experience across mobile and desktop devices.
Following the Audit, one of our multi-disciplinary account teams now works closely with the in-house Hobbs team, as well as its optimisation technology provider, to prioritise and test new experiences – allowing the business to realise step-changes in revenue performance.
