Ann Summers chooses Biglight to support sales growth

We are delighted to have been selected by Ann Summers, the UK’s leading retailer of lingerie and adult toys, to help deliver a step-change in category sales growth, using our proven customer experience optimisation process.

Our team will analyse and benchmark category sales performance, then complete usability testing in our UX labs across mobile and desktop devices to help us to understand user behaviour, before identifying and prioritising opportunities for improvement.

We will then explore opportunities to help Ann Summers use content as a means of increasing engagement and work with the in-house team to identify, create, test and implement improvements in the user experience to drive increases in conversion and revenue.
