VF Corporation appoints Biglight to EMEA optimisation role
VF Corporation, the world’s leading specialist in branded lifestyle apparel, has appointed London-based experience design agency Biglight to drive revenue growth across the group’s largest brands; Timberland, The North Face® and Vans® through a centrally managed programme of customer experience optimisation.
The appointment will see Biglight assess the performance of the group’s websites across all European markets, using a combination of analysis and usability testing, then work closely with the central and brand teams to identify, create and test opportunities to improve the customer experience in order to deepen brand engagement, increase revenue and reduce costs.
