Having helped them set out their omnichannel vision, Evans appointed Biglight to create the customer experience for the new website.
With its roots in user-testing and analysis, Biglight adopted a user-centric approach to UX and design, before completing the front-end development of the new site.
Adaptive and, optimised for tablet and mobile, the new site delivered a step-change in conversion performance across all devices.
Implemented on Hybris by Eclipse Group, the ecommerce infrastructure is tightly integrated with their back-end systems, allowing Evans to offer a world-class omnichannel experience to their customers.
