Furniture Village partners with Biglight to design and optimise its digital customer experience to maximise engagement and grow revenue.

Challenge

Furniture Village, a business built on foundations of great customer service, wanted a partner to ensure the digital experiences it provides meet the needs and expectations of its customers.

Approach

We completed research to understand customers and their needs, then completed a full redesign of the website.

We then created a data-driven programme of rapid optimisation and personalisation, focused on increasing customer engagement and delivering revenue growth across all channels.

Results

The work we have completed and the programme now in place has delivered significant improvements in customer engagement and conversion across devices and channels.

We chose Biglight because they had the unique blend of UX, Design and Optimisation skills we needed and could work collaboratively with our in-house design teams.
