Our background
Biglight’s founders come from a retail and ecommerce background at Dixons Group and started the business to support this sector’s growth.
In 2006, we helped our first client – Burberry – roll-out their direct-to-consumer proposition across Europe. Several of our engagements in the following 12 years were in B2C across apparel and footwear, health and beauty, sports and outdoor, and jewellery and luxury goods.
Over the last 8 years we have also delivered several B2B engagements, across apparel and footwear wholesale, automotive distribution and food and drink distribution.
The elephant in the room
Our head office from 2009 - 2020 was once the workshop of Roland Ward, the world's famous taxidermist. We acknowledge this by celebrating the lives of the animals throughout our company branding.
Kasai was an African bush elephant, the largest and heaviest land animal on earth. He was brought to Kentish Town in 1956 and is now in the Royal Museum for Central Africa in Tervuren, Belgium.
As he did in life, Kasai towers over us still in the Biglight logo.
